Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@willowheadbands.com.au.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We take responsibility for parcels lost in transit and defective items.

For change of mind returns, headbands must be unused, unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that, as described in each listing, the ends of our headbands are intentionally left raw. This allows the fabric to naturally roll, creating a softer finish that enhances both comfort and appearance. To maximise the life of your headbands, we recommend hand washing only (not in the machine).

Many customers tell us they love how comfortable our headbands are and that they stay securely in place throughout the day. While this has been the experience of many customers (and ourselves), individual experiences can vary, so we are unable to guarantee the fit or performance for every wearer.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched promptly and sent daily via Australia Post. The shipping options appear within the shopping cart and include $6.95 Regular Parcel Post and $9.95 Express Parcel Post. International post is also available and will be calculated based on the weight of your order.

Please refer to your tracking number to monitor the delivery of your post. Please also note, that because our parcels are collected by an Australia Post contractor, parcels go straight to the depo and miss the initial scan you would usually see when a parcel is lodged at the post office. In some cases, the first scan will not appear until the parcel is well on its way or on the day of delivery. Rest assured, if you’ve received a dispatch notification, your order is in transit.
