Domestic Orders (Australia)

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment.


Regular Post ranges between $3 to $6.95.
ETA 3-6 working days, allow approximately 10 working days for orders to WA.


Express Post $10.95 flat rate for any size order.
ETA 1-4 working days (within the Express Post Delivery Network when lodging in QLD).

International Orders

Orders are shipped via Australia Post with a delivery time frame dependent on the destination country.

New Zealand orders on average take 7-12 working days

For all other countries, please allow approximately 10-12 working days. Customs processing and clearance in your country may impact this time frame.

The shopping cart will automatically work out your shipping costs based on the weight of your order and advise you before payment is required.

Redelivery (Incorrect Address / Non-Collection)

In the event we have been given an incorrect mailing address or the package is not collected, we are happy to resend your order to another address if/when it is returned to us. A re delivery fee will apply which will be the actual shipping cost, no admin/restocking fees will be charged. To avoid re delivery, please always take care to check the mailing address before confirming your order.

Returns (Damaged Items / Order Did Not Arrive)

Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@willowheadbands.com.au.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We take responsibility for parcels lost in transit and defective items.

For change of mind returns, headbands must be unused, unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note, that as described in each listing, the ends of our headbands are intentionally left raw. This allows the fabric to naturally roll, creating a softer finish that enhances both comfort and appearance. To maximise the life of your headbands, we recommend hand washing only (not in the machine).

Many customers tell us they love how comfortable our headbands are and that they stay securely in place throughout the day. While this has been the experience of many customers (and ourselves), individual experiences can vary, so we are unable to guarantee the fit or performance for every wearer.
